The Hibiscus flower goes by many names from around the world: Roselle, Flor de Jamaica, or Sorrel. Most commonly used in tea, the Hibiscus flower tea has a tart taste, which is why it was given the nickname ‘sour tea’. Or the flower can be used to make an array of cocktails or as a garnish to brighten up any dish.
