Coffee Chile Rub

Fall is just around the corner, welcome in the season with our subtly sweet, but spicy Coffee Chile Rub. This rub will add a delicious kick to your next football or tailgating party. Surprise your friends with bold flavors of coffee and chile pepper on ribs, pork tenderloins, and smoked brisket. Its earthy spice flavor is great to use on just about everything for the grill. 

Spice Talk Tip:

Rub a small amount of olive oil on meat before applying the rub to help it to stick to the meat.

    • Rub the Pork with a small amount of Olive Oil to make sure the Coffee Chile Rub sticks.
    • Rub the Pork on all sides with the Coffee Chile Rub. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap; let stand at least 10 minutes or refrigerate up to 2 hours to absorb flavors.
    • When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 425°F. Spray a shallow roasting pan with cooking spray. Place Pork fat side up in pan.
    • In a large bowl, toss Carrots, Garlic and Onion wit Olive Oil, then arrange vegetables around the Pork in the roasting pan.
    • Roast about 40 to 50 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into the center of the Pork reads 145°F.
    • Place Pork on a serving platter and cover with foil. Let rest for about 3 minutes before slicing.
    • Optional, stir Adobo Sauce into pan drippings, tossing with roasted Vegetables. Spoon Vegetables and Sauce on to platter around the Pork.
